Taking care of your Zicha products

All Zicha products are handcrafted with 100% natural leather hide and treated with environmentally friendly pigments. We trust you will take good care of the exclusive piece you have purchased, to ensure it has a long life.

• Store your Zicha in a cool, dry place with good air circulation
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat for long periods
• Use a soft, dry cloth or brush to clean your bags/shoes. Avoid abrasive brushes, rough materials, and any chemical products
• If your Zicha product gets wet, let it air dry at room temperature. Never use a heat source (iron, hair dryer, steamer, etc.) to speed up drying, since it will cause leather fibres to disintegrate
